Storyminers started by learning about the company’s customers, the services they needed, then uncovered their unmet needs. A new name, identity, brand story, store design, signage system, collateral materials, web site, selling system, and grass-roots below-the-line marketing program were conceived and implemented. The entire project, and the way the company works internally, was designed around the customer experience so that SOHO HERO could naturally deliver on its brand promise.
