Heard on the Street

3300 Referrals/mo.

A bank realized it needed to make it easier for customers to bank from home. Rather than simply relying on technology, the bank studied and revamped hiring and training practices to achieve a top-quality workforce. As a result, their customers are ten times more loyal than those of their closest competitor. They are growing at an average of 10,000 new customers per month, one third of whom come from referrals.

Storyminers was founded in 2002 in anticipation of the then-emerging customer driven economy. We realized that, in a market where consumers increasingly “call the shots”, traditional branding and marketing methods would not be sufficient to drive sales and profitability.  Companies would need the distinctive advantage that comes only from delivering experiences their customers rave about.

We’re a team of passionate, intuitive, creative individuals driven to make a difference for clients and their customers. Our approach is collaborative, professional, and, most of all, practical.  Whatever is needed to actually deliver compelling and memorable customer experiences, storyminers can help make it happen.
